Auto-Enrolment

Mandatory for employers
Get in contact for advice

Auto-enrolment is the most significant change to the UK pensions landscape in more than a generation.

Wentworth guides employers through the entire auto-enrolment process: designing the contribution basis and ensuring it complies; communicating with the workforce; establshing the scheme; and completing the Pensions Regulator's declaration of compliance.

We assess whether any existing pension scheme meets the auto-enrolment conditions, suggest changes where it does not, and recommend and install a new auto-enrolment scheme if required.

After three years the employer must re-enrol those eligible employees who opted out originally and then complete a re-declaration of compliance.  We assist every step of the way to ensure that the employer complies with the legislation, communicates with the employees and satisfies the Pensions Regulator.

For many employers who have never provided pensions for their staff before auto-enrolment can seem daunting but Wentworth's experience and expertise provide practical help and advice and ensure that the entire auto-enrolment process is conducted properly and on time.
